Movement
Levitation
|
These Are some of my Levitation photos inspired by Yowa Yowa:
My best photo was Fredi being Spider-man trying to climb a wall, his movement while falling was good so it looked like he was actually climbing a wall. I should of increased the shutter speed though as his feet are slightly blurry meaning he was moving too fast for the camera.
Your most successful photo is of Fredi climbing the wall. He looks like Spider-Man! Try using a faster shutter speed next time.
Zoom Blur
Zoom Blur is the photographic effect of making a still image move by manually zooming with the camera lens while the shutter is open with a slow shutter speed creating a blurry background of the object cause a movement effect. Here are three images i took with the Zoom Blur effect:
We Used an aperture of 5, An ISO of 400 and a shutter speed of 0.8
My best photo was the first one because it wasn't too blurred to the point where you couldn't see the image but, it was blurry enough to create a feeling of movement.
Explain how you've created Zoom Blur images and analyse them. Which is your best image and why? Do you need to re-shoot them and if so, why? Always keep images from your original shoot and upload your re-shoot. Explain what you've done to improve your work.
Travelling without moving
Francesca Woodman
Francesca Woodman was an American photographer, born in April 3rd 1958 and died in January 19th 1981 who was greatly known for her black and white pictures consisting of herself or other female models posing in a house what is portrayed as abandoned. They are seen as either naked or clothed with a blurry obscured face due to fast movements and long camera exposure times to merge a supernatural image within the frame. |
